Patient Success Coordinator
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, I relocated to Lexington, Kentucky, in 2018 following my husband’s employment prospects. In anticipation of expanding our family, we settled in Georgetown with our two dogs. Prior to joining this practice, I gained valuable administrative experience during my one-year tenure at a competing physical therapy clinic.

As the face of our Front Office, I am the first point of contact for many of our new patients. I take pride in engaging with them, explaining the benefits of physical therapy, scheduling appointments, and addressing their financial concerns. My primary goal is to make each patient feel comfortable and respected, understanding the challenges they may face. I believe in offering compassionate support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. Working amidst a team of genuine individuals who genuinely care about our patients and employees is truly rewarding.
