Physical Therapy Assisstant
I was born and raised in Georgia and graduated from the Medical College of Georgia (now Augusta University). I started in physical therapy as a candy striper when I was 13 years old and I have worked in physical therapy in some role ever since. I have worked in a variety of settings including acute care, long term care, inpatient rehab, assisted living, and home health care.
My Christian faith shapes my day to day though never perfectly. I try to follow the command to love your neighbor as yourself.

“Everybody loves Dixie!”
I provide off-site visits in patient’s homes as well as seeing patients in an adult day center. I wish patient’s didn’t have to deal with insurance denials and could just get the care they need. Something I love about working here is I always love a challenge. Grumpy, old men are my favorite.
What is Catherine Watching, Reading or Listening to?
I enjoy watching historical fiction, reading my Bible and listening to old school country music.
I love to travel and talk about traveling, I enjoy listening to people’s stories about their lives, the places they’ve been and the things they have done. I also enjoy cooking and I really appreciate learning new recipes.
