Dr. Lucas Frasher
PT, DPT Physical Therapist
I was born and raised in Louisa, KY and moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky where I graduated with a business degree in 2014 and from physical therapy school in 2017. Since graduating physical therapy school I have worked as a physical therapist in the greater Lexington area, all in outpatient orthopedics.
“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” – Walt Disney
I want all of my patients to have a better understanding of their symptoms and the complexity of their pains; that their pain can be the result of a variety of factors and we can help them feel empowered to change their symptoms.
I am the clinic director in Winchester and I assist the CEO with business development as well.
I enjoy treating all orthopedic conditions in addition to more uncommon cases found in physical therapy clinics such as TMJ dysfunction, vestibular disorders, and concussions.
I really enjoy the ability to treat all of our patients in a one on one setting. It allows us to really get to know each other, to appropriately guide and refer patients along their entire course of care, and to thoroughly examine all aspects of their conditions.

I enjoy spending time with my fiance as well as my friends and family. I will be at all UK football games cheering loudly. I love going to the movie theater and at home I enjoy relaxing evenings with whatever flavor of entertainment I happen to be into at that time.
“…I went in with a wrist that had been bothering me for almost a year. Lucas fixed what an Ortho didn’t. Then I had a hip issue probably resulting from disc problems in my back and he fixed that too.”
“I’ve been to a few physical therapists in the last few years – I wish I had found Lucas at PhilanthroPT first!”
“Came in walking with a cane and I just complete a 6 mile hike with my grandsons. I owe it all to them”
